ACC Chicago Community Health Fair: Improving Heart Health for All 
Tuesday, March 25, 2025
3 – 7 p.m. CT 
Salvation Army Ray and Joan Kroc Community Center Chicago

We welcome you, your colleagues, family, and friends to attend the fair and take part in the many activities and learning that will be offered. This health fair is free and open to the public, offering patients and community members important information on preventing or managing our nation’s #1 killer, cardiovascular disease. The fair will feature heart disease screening, including blood pressure and bloodwork through Let's Get Checked, healthy snacks, exercise demonstrations, a raffle, and opportunities to meet local community organizations and other healthcare providers. All attendees will receive a tote bag filled with heart-health information, resources, and an interactive map for the day’s activities.

Additionally, there are a limited number of complimentary exhibit tables still available. If your institution is interested in participating as a vendor, please indicate your availability and interest through the RSVP link here.
